Need early morning balloons for a work function and they don't have their florist hours posted anywhere. Called the store and the person who answered the phone didn't know the hours and wouldn't find out for me as well.

Sheila is the florist at Dan's in Cottonwood Heights. Our daughter we are hosting on foreign exchange is going to Prom, which is very special since the schools in her home country don't hold dances. Sheila is working on overdrive this week making corsages and boutonniere's. She really really went out of her way with customer service, returning my daughter's phone call, then taking time to allow her to see every shade of blue ribbon she had in stock (too many to count), to make sure the flowers turn out just right. It will be fun to see how they turn out, maybe I'll update this review with a photo. The price is less than florist shops, which certainly helps.

Surprisingly good selection at an affordable price. Customer service is good - they have often made good pairing recommendations for me when buying. Have always been willing to swap out any wilting flowers.

The store has a good selection, but we were looking to get steaks while we were there. All their meat is over priced, and we wanted a certain cut but the man at the meat counter wasn't interested in doing anything special to help us. He also kept the lady before us waiting for 10 minutes, finally she had to walk behind the counter to get his attention.
